Revision Policy

We offer revisions based on the package you've chosen. Customers appreciate the benefit of unlimited free revisions, as we update their websites at no extra cost, as long as the theme and layout stay the same. Revisions are typically completed within 48-72 hours.

Turn Around Time

TechCure Digital completes most web development services within a 48-72 hour turnaround time. Keep in mind, this is not the total project duration, but rather the time for a single development iteration. Depending on the service, revision times may vary from 48 to 72 hours, equivalent to two working days.

For example:

  • Orders placed or revisions requested for websites on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Orders placed or revisions requested for websites on a Friday will be delivered by the end of the day Tuesday.

Refund Policy & Money Back Guarantee

In any case, deposited funds for a project will not be refunded after delivery if the initial website design and theme are approved, or if a change is requested, unless TechCure Digital Smith cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.

All refund requests will be processed according to the following arrangement:

  • You may request a refund when the initial designs for the website are offered. However, once you approve or request changes in the initial layout, the refund offer becomes void, and refund requests will not be entertained.
  • If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial layout, you would be eligible for a Full Refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
  • If a refund request is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
  • If a refund request is made between 48-120 hours of the initial layout delivery, you would be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
  • No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial layout delivery. However, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you're encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
  • No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing it. However, if you want to reactivate your website order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
  • If the client asks for a refund during the project due to a change of mind or any other personal issues, then the client is not eligible for a refund. However, we can store credit the amount, which they can later utilize for another service.
  • For website packages, no refund will be entertained once website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed live.
  • Refunds are processed for orders placed in good faith. When a customer has placed website orders with more than one website agency for the same job with the intention to claim a refund, we do not consider it in good faith. In such a case, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
  • No refund requests will be considered for video animation packages after the storyboard has been designed.
  • All refund requests must be directed to the support department. TechCure Digital reserves the right to approve or disapprove your request based on the violation of your user agreement, on a case-by-case basis.
  • For TechCure Digital Custom packages, refunds will be applicable based on similar terms as those for single packages.
  • As an example, if you order web design and video animation services and approve the website, you can claim a refund for the video animation service before the storyboard is designed only.
  • A valid reason must support any refund request, which must be in line with the website brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless the layout doesn't match the brief, a refund won't be issued; instead, further revisions will be offered until complete satisfaction.
  • The money-back guarantee applies to orders placed in good faith. However, if a customer has placed website orders with multiple agencies for the same job with the intention to claim a refund, we do not consider this good faith. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request.
  • Before completing the design and development of any website project, customer feedback is necessary to ensure the desired results, making customer involvement and feedback fair.
  • Our 100% unique website guarantee allows for a re-design if our developed website is found to be considerably similar to another existing website. Any resemblance to an existing website will be coincidental, and TechCure Digital won't accept any responsibility or compensation claims in such cases. It's the client's responsibility to copyright their website.

Please note: TechCure Digital reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract as deemed necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the domain for any purpose; it will be the sole property of TechCure Digital Smith. The company will be the rightful owner of the website.

Services unrelated to website services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. They are not covered by our 100% money-back guarantee. If such a service is acquired as part of a package deal of any kind, it cannot be used to request a refund on the entire package. Examples of such services are as follows:

  • Protection certificates for copyrights
  • Hosting services for websites and emails.
  • SSL certificates for websites.
  • Purchase of website domains.
  • Maintenance plans for websites.
  • SEO plans for websites.
  • Social media marketing services.
  • Google AdWords campaigns.

For services not covered under the 100% refund policy, if a client is dissatisfied, TechCure Digital Smith management may choose to offer a partial refund after reviewing the project.

How to request your refund

To ensure your refund request is approved, please ensure you meet the following requirements.

  • Claim your refund specifying your concern by contacting us via any of the following three modes:
  • We will attempt to resolve your concern promptly through our revision policy; otherwise, we will send you an email approval for your refund request from our refund department. After the refund, TechCure Digital will obtain the copyrights for your website, and you will not be able to use the website design provided by the company. Let us also clarify that:
  • By agreeing to transfer the website rights to the company, you acknowledge that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
  • In collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies, TechCure Digital will share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs, restricting the re-use of the website's original layout in the future. My Account

The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account area to address any queries, concerns, or additional instructions required by the designer. Not checking or using the Account Area frequently shall not provide you with adequate grounds for a refund. However, if you are uncertain how to use the area, you may contact the customer support team at any time for assistance.

Policy on Communication

  • Communication via official emails sent back and forth through "hello@techcuredigital.com" are to be considered as valid forms of communication.
  • We are not liable for any damages, issues, or delays resulting from communication through channels not provided by us.
  • We assume full responsibility for all information provided through our official domains.

Policy on Quality Assurance

TechCure Digital will strive to meet your requirements, and our web developers will do their utmost to fulfill your expectations. We believe in delivering top-quality websites, and each of our layouts is meticulously crafted.

Guarantee of 100% Satisfaction

  • Our policy of unlimited revisions is designed to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
  • We aim to exceed your expectations and work hard to achieve them.
  • We continue revising until you are completely satisfied with your website (the number of revisions will be according to your package).

Policy on Delivery

  • The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated on the Order Confirmation, and a confirmation email will also be sent.
  • The turnaround time will depend on the package; the minimum time required is two business days.
  • Websites will only go live once all dues have been cleared. Under no circumstance will a website go live if there are any outstanding dues.
  • For urgent or rush orders, please contact our customer support team.

Website Ownership and Rights

All finalized websites provided by TechCure Digital are done so upon a written request of finalization by the client. Upon finalization, the client receives all the credentials and owns 100% of all rights of ownership to the said website.

  • The client shall own the final website design provided by TechCure Digital in its entirety.
  • The client will own 100% of all ownership rights of the finalized website.
  • The client can use the finalized website as they wish.
  • However, the client will not own any materials, media, or other content generated during any revision cycles leading up to the Final Product.

Content Creation & Population Policy

TechCure Digital will not be responsible for creating or adding content (such as text or images) to the website unless specifically purchased otherwise.

  • TechCure Digital will add content to the website that is created for the client.
    • The content or text for the website will be specifically created for the customer's website.
  • TechCure Digital will add images to the website.
    • TechCure Digital will obtain stock imagery for the client from stock photo websites.
    • Images will be bought after the client approves them.
    • Images will be acquired upon client approval.
  • TechCure Digital will add products and product details to the website.
    • The client will provide product images and details.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) & Reputation Management Policy

  • TechCure Digital does not share customer information regarding their project or contact details with anyone. The client's personal and project information is kept confidential at all times.
  • Once the project is successfully completed, both TechCure Digital and The Client agree not to intentionally defame or otherwise disparage each other regarding matters arising after project completion.
  • Once the project is successfully completed, each Party agrees not to make any defamatory comments, directly or indirectly, about the other party or their affiliates. TechCure Digital Smith will take reasonable steps to ensure its officers and directors also refrain from making such comments.

Policy on Record Maintenance

TechCure Digital maintains records of finalized product delivery and communication.

Customer Support Policy

Our Customer Support Team is available in the office Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT to address all your concerns and queries over the phone. Any other queries outside of business hours need to be emailed through the Team Works Account section by the customer and will be addressed on the next working day.

Policy on Technical Support

TechCure Digital is primarily a website service and consultancy provider. We design and develop the services that the client needs. Occasionally, our packages and services may include technical aspects to assist the client with their websites and emails. TechCure Digital will provide the client with basic information regarding those services and the required settings. However, we will not be responsible for providing detailed training or installations of said services on the customer's end. Such services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Policy on Website Deployment
    • TechCure Digital will deploy the website for the customer on the agreed-upon date.
      • We provide the hosting server.
        • The hosting service provided by TechCure Digital is complimentary to the client and comes at no additional cost. However, it is acquired from a third-party service provider.
      • The customer provides the hosting server (purchased from a third party).
        • If the website is hosted on a third-party web server purchased by the customer, TechCure Digital will not be responsible for any server or hosting-related issues.

There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the client and TechCure Digital for technical assistance or service outage, unless it's purchased separately as part of an ongoing maintenance service.

  • Policy on Website Content Management System (CMS)
    • TechCure Digital will provide the customer with a user manual for using the Website CMS (Content Management System).
    • TechCure Digital will not be responsible for training the client in the Website CMS (Content Management System).
  • Policy on Email Setup
    • TechCure Digital will provide the customer with the necessary settings and information to install the emails on their end.
    • TechCure Digital will not be responsible for installing said emails on the customer's end.
    • TechCure Digital won't provide technical support or assistance for email usage errors because our emails are on open servers accessible by all service providers.

TechCure Digital will not be held responsible for the customer's failure to execute, install, or learn the usage of the above-mentioned services on their end, as these responsibilities lie with the customer.

Policy on Email and Mobile Phone Usage

This policy explains the terms and conditions regarding the use of email and mobile phone contact information provided to TechCure Digital Smith.

Policy on Consent and Usage

By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number, you are consenting to receive communication from TechCure Digital Smith. This includes transitional messages, periodic updates about your service or project, newsletters, and service delivery like design attachments, project updates, and revision updates.

Policy on Carrier Charges Disclosure

Standard messaging and data rates may be charged. Please consult your mobile service carrier for specific details.

Policy on Stop & Unsubscribe

To cease receiving emails or mobile communications, you can:

  • For emails, click the "unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of any email you receive from us.
  • For mobile communications, reply "STOP" or “Unsub” or “Unsubscribe” to any SMS message you receive from us. The SMS will be stopped immediately.

Communication Frequency Policy

We will aim to limit the frequency of our communications to a reasonable level. However, there may be exceptions during special project updates or urgent notifications

Policy on Security of Information

Your email address and mobile phone number will be confidential and won't be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

TechCure Digital may modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it's your responsibility to review them.
